Sorry for the long hiatus from blogging, but life after aging out of the Miss America System has left me scrabbling for a new pageant system to call my own (and also something to put in this blog). People have told me about many different pageants - Cinderella Pageant, Beauties of America, International, Black International, America's Perfect Miss.
Please take my poll about which pageant I should do. I truly need help deciding.

Here is my input since I have done alot of research:
International: platform pageant
Cinderella: talent pageant but you also have to compete around kids which I am not willing to do.
BOA: A "beauty" pageant with strong interview emphasis.
Perfect Miss: A "beauty" pageant with a focus on modeling.
Also, consider Galaxy. It is pretty large in the pageant world. Nationals were moved from FL to MI so its not too far.
I did not expect to have as much fun and make memories like I did at BOA. I chose BOA because I wanted a pageant that focused on "onstage performance" as well as intelligence. The women are amazing, prize package is killer, director is a former USA queen and a class act and it is extremely organized. Bring your rhinestones and hairspray because GLAM is in!
